 I am a GSW fan and am HAPPY for them in securing this win that lead them to getting another championship ring!!! This is Kevin Durant's FIRST RING which I am pretty sure he is HYPED about! I recognize that there was a lot of CONTROVERSY regarding Kevin Durant choosing to play for GSW.........after he and OKC (Oklahoma City Thunder) had lost to them in the Western Conference Finals last year. However, I feel that regardless of him going to a GREAT team that had the likes of Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draemond Green that they all still had to PUT THE WORK IN in order to secure the win! What I ADMIRE most about GSW is that they work together as a TEAM and seem to have the ability to put aside their egos for the GREATER GOOD OF THE TEAM! There are quite a few people that had to take a BACK SEAT to Kevin Durant joining the team.......but at the end of the day........they accomplished the ULTIMATE GOAL!
I wish that WE as a people and as PEOPLE OF COLOR could take a page out of GSW's book and learn the importance of WORKING TOGETHER.....even if it means putting you SHINE ASIDE for the bigger picture!!! There would be a lot more empires out here......JUST SAYING! Your thoughts are welcomed!

Oh baby! The dubs are back! After a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers in last year's finals, our boys seem to have bounced back. Key addition Keven Durant is just unbelievable all series. The guy was crushing Lebron James and his lackeys, he shot like over forty percent from the field and hit a thirty three percent of rainbow country. I think that Kevin Durant deserve the finals most valuable player honors for his fine play all series long. Leave a Reply. |
