Today's workout consisted of me taking a 60 minute yoga class at my gym. I have grown to love yoga over the past year because it helps me with my flexibility (I am not very flexible), helps to keep me zen, and what I love the most is that it helps me to strengthen my core. For those of you who have never taken a yoga class see the benefits listed below:
Now I do not know about you but these benefits are fantastic in my eyes!!!
