So True!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picture
This is a profound quote made by Jennifer Aniston! I must admit that I have not always received or sought after closure when past relationships and or friendships have ended. I completely agree with this thought as I believe that we all can benefit from this type of closure! I understand that in order to get such closure we have to be willing to have the UNCOMFORTABLE conversation! I need to do better in this area!! I will be completely transparent, it is quite easy for me to move on from relationships and friendships when I get the sense that the other party has not fully owned their part to play in the conflict. The downside to this is that certain relationships and friendships can end that could have blossomed into a stronger and deeper bond because of the conflict. In my mind, conflict is sometimes needed to help both parties gain a better understanding of one another and how to respect one another's boundaries, perspectives, and opinions. Even if we decide to part ways, it is always beneficial to gain closure so that you can move forward conscious free!
