The food experience in Jamaica was EVERYTHING!!! I thoroughly enjoyed eating EVERY MEAL!!! I had fish, oxtails, stew chicken, callaloo, dumpling, plantains, fruit, etc!! Authentic Jamaican cuisine is so TASTY and WAY healthier then our processed foods!! Even though I ate a lot while on vacation I did not pack on the pounds!!! I miss eating three meals a day already lol!!
I washed down the above meal with a strawberry margarita......don't judge me, I was on vacation lol!!!!!!!!
