I love Caribbeanpot Recipes!!!!!

Anyone who REALLY KNOWS ME knows that I LOOOOOOOOVE STEWED OXTAILS!!!!! I have been wanting to try making them myself for SO LONG!! I think that I am ready to take a crack at it. I will make them officially on Christmas day.....as the hubby and I now host Christmas dinner at our house!!! This recipe seems DOABLE lol!!! I will try on my own for the hubby first before I cook it for a BROADER AUDIENCE LOL!!! This way, if I need to TWEAK some things I will have the opportunity to GET IT RIGHT before Christmas!
