As some of you may know, I work out regularly and have been for the past 3 years!! Since my husband and I moved to Rockland County and signed up with a gym called 24 Hour Fitness, I spin about 2-3 times per week. I liked this clip because it prepares you for what to expect in a Spin class. You burn a lot of calories and will sweat a whole lot! I have been consistently spinning for the past 8 months and I definitely see the difference in my body. I am a lot leaner and am losing fat in the problem areas (i.e. back fat and around my stomach)! Spin is challenging but it is sooooo worth it! I feel amazing after I do spin in the morning before I go to work! It is a great way to start your day! If you are willing to give this class a try please eat at least two hours before, bring water, a towel, wear workout gear, and bring your will to get your workout on!
