This morning I jumped out of bed and got myself together to head to the gym for none other than..........SPIN CLASS!!!!!!!!!! I spin about 2-3 times per week and today was day two of spin for the week! I am glad that I had the energy to get up and go this morning! Spin class was challenging in some ways because the cycle room was a little hot. However, I powered through it and kept myself hydrated by drinking water periodically throughout the class! I felt great once I got home and showered in preparation for work! I encourage everyone to take a spin class (if you do not have any knee injuries)! It is the best workout ever! I am definitely getting a lot leaner!
