I woke up this morning and got myself ready to go to the gym for the third time this week. Yes, I work out at the gym three times per week. I went to Spin class for an hour of an intense workout! I normally look EXTRA rough when I workout. However, this morning I decided to add some pizzaz to my workout gear. I normally wear my spandex pants with the holes in the thigh lol. But this morning I felt like putting on these bright workout pants. I purchased them from Target back in the Winter. Every time that I would wear them I would have to pull them up constantly (which is so annoying). I guess I have lost some lbs since then because they stayed up during my hour long spin class! This made me excited because I love these workout pants! They will definitely be getting worn A LOT more! I ultimately had a great workout and now can rest for the next two days until my next workout scheduled to occur on Sunday!
As I always say if I can roll out of bed and workout three times a week you CAN as well! Whatever your fitness goals are I encourage you to work towards them. Take it one day at a time! TRUST ME, you will LOVE the way you feel inside and LIKE what you see on the outside! I am more impressed at my drive and tenacity to not give up!
