 As I am typing this the television is on, and my husband and I are watching to see who is going to become THE PRESIDENT of the United States of America!!! Now...... I steer away from sharing my political views (one of the VERY FEW topics that I am not TRANSPARENT about for more reasons than one). However, I will share this thought which is..... NO MATTER who WINS THE ELECTION.....GOD IS IN CONTROL!!! That is the only thing that I CAN GRAB HOLD OF in these times!!! For those who do not believe in God.......this post may not be FOR YOU! I really do not live my life putting faith in MAN. I TRULY BELIEVE that the world is only DESTINED TO GET WORSE!!! However, my prayer is that the BETTER CANDIDATE/LESSER OF THE TWO EVILS gets into office!
I have to be honest, I really thought that Hillary Clinton would have had this election IN THE BAG.....but Donald Trump's numbers are a bit higher!!! It may just be a reminder that the world may STILL not be ready for a WOMAN to be president! May we all CLENCH OUR INVISIBLE PEARLS until the final numbers are in.....declaring the president of the United States of America!!! May we also look to the ALMIGHTY for leadership, peace, grace, and mercy!!!! What are your thoughts? Who do you think will win?
